Arlecchino on the Road Calendar Dates:

Respectfully, Arlecchino on the Road strictly does not trade or cater on the following dates:

  • New Years Day

  • Australia Day

  • Good Friday

  • Easter SundayEaster Monday

  • Christmas EveChristmas Day

  • Boxing Day

  • New Years Eve

We understand that you may wish to pay a "Holiday Rate" to ensure that we cater for you on such dates but we will respectfully decline your offer and hope you understand our wishes to be with family on such dates.

Enquiries:

Once you have enquired about a date, if we receive another enquiry regarding the same date in which you have requested, we will contact you immediately and make you aware of the circumstances if you have not yet confirmed your decision about the date in question.

You will then have until the end of the business day to respond with your answer regarding the date you have requested. If we do not receive a response from you by the close of business day (5pm), you automatically forfeit your position on the date and it will be handed to the next customer requesting our services for the specified date.

Final Guest Count:

Once you have confirmed your booking with Arlecchino on the Road, you must provide us with your final number of guests 10 days prior to your event date. (This is strictly for 'Stock Order" purposes and this guideline must be understood and followed by all who agree to go ahead with their booking)

 

If we receive 'Changed/updated number of guests' after the "10 days prior" period, and that number has decreased (for example, from 50ppl to 40ppl) we unfortunately cannot cater to the smaller number as the ingredients/supplies procured will cater for the original confirmed number of guests.

You will be charged a fee for the decreased number of guests that have been taken off the 'final numbers' on your original confirmed booking if we receive any notification after the "10 days prior" period.

 

If you increase in the number of guests after the final confirmation, we will need to be notified so we can arrange for more ingredients to cater for the bigger crowd. Otherwise, an insufficient amount of food may be served.

If you decide to cancel your booking 10 Days prior to your event date, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your booking.

Deposit:

A $200 deposit is to be paid to Arlecchino on the Road's nominated account once the customer has agreed to go ahead with their booking. This $200 deposit is security for your event so that any required date is closed off and not available to any other person requesting the same date.

Final Amount Owing for Services:

The final amount to be paid on your booking is due on the date of your event. If discussed prior, the amount owing can be paid earlier if the customer wishes/requests.

Payments made later than the day of your event are only accepted without an extra fee if it has been discussed prior to providing our services for your event.

Failure to pay the owing amount on your booking on the day of your event will have the customer incur a fee of 5% of the total booking cost for every day that the payment is late.

"Payment Due" dates are provided on your invoices and must be followed in order to avoid these fees.

Cancelling Your Booking:

You have up until 2 weeks prior to your event date to cancel your booking with Arlecchino on the Road in order to receive your deposit back. If you cancel 2 weeks before your event date and any amount of your booking is paid, you will receive it all back to the nominated account of your choice. If you notify us after 5pm from the "2 week prior" period, there will be a 25% charge of the booking cost to be paid.

If you decide to cancel from 10 days prior to your event date, you will be charged 50% of your total booking cost. Any amount of time after the 10 day window, you will be charged 100% of your booking if you choose to cancel with Arlecchino on the Road.

The Terms & Conditions listed above will be deemed confirmed by all clients & customers of 'Arlecchino on the Road' upon payment of deposit.
